It's not fair that you will continue to get paid less just because you don't have the CIH certification next to your name on your resume. Companies are always inundated with resumes and looking for people with Health Services industry experience and Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Prep expertise. There are a lot of fakers and then there are a lot of proven Health Services professionals. The proven professionals always seem to be the ones with the CIH certification, regardless of how many years of Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Prep experience they actually have. Go figure.
